Returns and Refunds

1. No Questions Asked Return Policy
We understand that sometimes returns are unavoidable. If you are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of any product you’ve received, please return it at the time of delivery.
Because our items are perishable, we recommend that you carefully inspect your order during delivery. If there’s a problem, simply return the item to the delivery staff on the spot.
Please note: Once the delivery personnel have left, we will not be able to process any refunds or exchanges.

2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the product must be unused and in its original condition as received. We are committed to offering high-quality, fresh products — and we take any concerns very seriously.

3. Refunds
Refunds will be issued only through the original method of payment (credit/debit card). This ensures a fast, smooth, and secure refund process for all customers.

Exchanges (if applicable)

4. Defective or Damaged Items
If any item is found to be damaged or defective, please notify us immediately at the time of delivery.
You can reach out via email at info@mrmart.ae. We will arrange for a replacement item to be delivered with your next order. The delivery time for the replacement may vary depending on your location.

Cancellations

5. Cancellation by Customer
We know plans can change! You can cancel your order anytime before 9:00 PM on the same day you place the order on MrMart.ae.
If a cancellation request is received within this time, we will refund the full amount via the original payment method.

6. MrMart’s Right to Refuse or Limit Orders
We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders at our sole discretion. This may include cases such as:

• Multiple orders from the same account or payment method

• Suspicious or fraudulent activity

• Breach of our terms and conditions

In such cases, MrMart.ae may cancel the order without prior notice. We also maintain a record of any fraudulent activity and reserve the right to block future access to our services.
