Order Acceptance

a. Mr Mart continually updates its product and service listings. Occasionally, certain items may be mispriced, inaccurately described, or unavailable, resulting in a potential order cancellation.

b. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of product descriptions, pricing, images, specifications, or availability. Updates and corrections may be made at any time, without prior notice.

c. If your order is canceled after payment has been processed, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that no cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Cancellation by the Customer

Mr Mart strives to deliver excellent service at all times.

a. You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 hours of placing it.

b. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled delivery will only be accepted if confirmed by our Customer Service team.

Website Usage

Customers under the age of 18 may not register or transact on www.mrmart.ae. By registering for and using the services, customers agree to:

a. Maintain the confidentiality of their account information, including passwords, and take full responsibility for all activities under their account.

b. Mr Mart may suspend or close accounts at its discretion, especially if there is a breach of these Terms & Conditions. Suspended or closed accounts will not be able to place orders.

c. By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you release Mr Mart and its affiliates from any liability arising from the use of information or content from third-party websites. Usage of such third-party sites is entirely at your own risk.

Credit / Debit Card Information

We accept Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card payments in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham).

Please read the following before using your card:

a. Credit/debit cards must be in the name of the user. If not, legal authorization from the cardholder must be obtained for the transaction.

b. Mr Mart does not store, sell, share, rent or lease any credit/debit card details or personal identification information to third parties.

c. Customers using card payments must be reachable on their registered contact number for verification.

d. The customer is fully responsible for reviewing and agreeing to the Terms & Conditions before using the card payment option.

e. Refunds, if applicable, may take up to two working days to process via the bank’s payment gateway. Customers are advised to follow up with their bank for any delays. A refund confirmation email with a reference slip will be sent for your records.

Coupons and Promotions

• Mr Mart vouchers, coupons, or promotional codes are valid only on fresh fruits, vegetables, and juices, unless otherwise stated.

• Promotions may be subject to product availability and are valid for a limited time.
